the journey down

"Well," said he,
"i just packed up all my stuff
i walked out on the best job I've ever had,

because i got to get back to Houston
that's right
lock stock and barrel,
i got to get back to Houston
i got to reconcile with my wife,
my wife back in Houston.
you see, because things are
pretty rocky right now.
it seems like it's going to be one
long and ballistic trip-
my mind
